Lightweight, bouncy, and versatile, this next-generation ASICS Novablast is runner's favourite choice for everything from easy runs and uptempo effort to long run efforts.

The Novablast 6 gets a premium FF TURBO™ SQUARED superfoam directly into the forefoot trampoline pod, maximising propulsion at toe-off while keeping landings cloud-soft. The Novablast 6 is a dependable, high-energy workhorse for your weekly rotation.

What to love:

• New foam formulation for trampoline-feeling transition: firmer shock-absorbing midfoot to heel landing, moving into a bouncy toe-off.
• Versatile for daily easy runs, short uptempo efforts, and steady long run efforts.

UPPER

• Engineered Woven Upper: Lightweight, ultra-breathable woven material that maps to the foot for structural support without the need for heavy overlays.
• Gusseted Tongue Wing Construction: An integrated midfoot wing system that securely cradles the foot, ensuring a locked-in fit while entirely eliminating tongue migration.

MIDSOLE

• Dual-Foam Midsole Matrix: A plush, ultra-responsive foundation of FF BLAST™ MAX cushioning for deep impact absorption and a responsive, cloud-like ride.
• FF TURBO™ SQUARED Trampoline Pod: Strategically integrated into the forefoot, this high-energy superfoam pod compresses and springs back rapidly to amplify bounce and drive aggressive toe-offs.
• Geometric Trampoline Layout: Form-tuned midsole sculpting delivers a mechanical trampoline effect, naturally rolling the foot forward into a faster stride.

OUTSOLE

• Hybrid ASICSGRIP™: AHAR™ LO Outsole: Blends high-traction ASICSGRIP™ rubber in the forefoot for confident, multi-terrain grip with low-hardness AHAR™ LO rubber in high-wear zones for lightweight durability.
